Mark Zagar is Sauces’ Director and Director of Photograghy.
Mark has directed and shot hundreds of hours of drama, documentary and television commercials in his 15 years in the industry. Since returning to Perth 5 years ago he has twice been awarded WA Cinematographer of theYear.
Mark is the chief creative force behind Sauce. He has trained and worked with some of the best filmmakers in the world. Assisting roles with industry luminairies like Jeff Darling, Academy Award winner John Seale, cinematography jobs with Australias best known directors and years spent overseas honing his skills.
Mark has also directed and shot many cutting edge music videos for Australia’s best artists.
All this feature and commercial experience allows him to achieve high production values regardless of the size of the budget

Tim Duffy
Tim Duffy is Sauces’ Producer.
Over the last 13 years Tim has worked for commercial and feature production companies in Canada, Switzerland, New Zealand and Australia
He has also produced multi-sports features, documentaries and a drama that tackled the problem of domestic violence in remote communities which won a Domestic Violence Prevention Award.
Tim was also Media Director of the Rip Curl Heli-Challenge for two years. This unique extreme skiing and snowboarding event was seen on major TV networks worldwide. He has also produced dozens of TV commercials.

Cathy Farrel
Cathy Farrell is Sauce’s Co-producer. Cathy, a former host at Channel Nine’s Just Add Water show, joined the Sauce team as a producer and production manager. She is an accomplished visual artist and painter. Cathy brings a creative eye to all areas of Sauces’ business from the ever buzzing office to client presentations and on set management.
Presenting on camera has given Cathy an insight into how all aspects of production and presentation add up to excellent results.
